The Palazzo tower opened in December 2007 beside The Venetian and the two share one casino operation, one 875,000-square-foot Grand Canal Shoppes and one program, Venetian Rewards; together they hold about 7,100 suites. Apollo Global Management has operated the resort since February 2022, with Vici Properties owning the land. Sphere, the 17,500-seat venue that opened in September 2023, stands directly east of the complex.
